The Mayor and Council are developing a Strategic Plan for the Town of Inuvik and welcome input from residents. Your advice, direction and comments are important as we work to lay out a plan for our future. We want to hear from you about:
• Are we going in the right direction?
• Are the priorities we’ve laid out workable?
• What actions will make a positive difference for the people of Inuvik?
A preliminary draft of the Strategic Plan has been put together as a starting point and we ask you to have a look and give us your best advice. We’re particularly interested in your thoughts on the vision, mission, values and strategic goals/priorities.

Members of Council will be hosting some informal discussions at the Midnight Sun Complex so that you can drop in and share your thoughts. Watch for an announcement of these discussion dates sometime in the near future.
At the same time, we encourage you to provide input through a survey on the Town’s website. Please review our initial ideas and respond at your convenience from the comfort of home.
Throughout the survey, you will see questions intended to seek out your opinions, and we look forward to hearing from you. Thanks in advance for sharing your thoughts, we really appreciate it.
