Pursuant to the NWT Liquor Regulations, R-069-2008 section 122 (6), (7) and (8),  public notice is hereby given that Inuvik Town Council has given FIRST and SECOND READINGS to By-law 2604/L+P/17, a by-law to allow Class A (Liquor Primary) establishments within the community of Inuvik to be open on Sundays from April 1 – September 30 each year. 

The by-law will be presented for Third Reading after the 30 day public notice period has expired.  The by-law will come into effect 30 days after Third Reading has taken place.
