Inuvik’s Midnight Sun Recreation Complex & Conference Centre
(MSRC) is a modern multi-use facility constructed to meet the conference
organizers many needs and also offers recreational activities for
the community.
The facility is great for hosting conferences, tradeshows,
workshops, seminars, meetings, cultural events, public forums,
banquets, and other activities. The MSRC is located in a quiet
and open area within walking distance of accommodations and downtown
facilities. Ample parking is available around the building.

NOTE:
Youth:
Activities/Events involving participants 18 years and
under. In order to receive the youth rate, over 50% of the
participants
must be 18 years and under.
Adult:
Activities/Events involving
participants 19 years and over. Events that have 50% or more of
the participants who are
19 and
over will be required to pay the adult fee.
Licensed Event:
Events that require
a liquor license.
Non-licensed Events:
Any event
that is used for fundraising and any other event excluding a licensed
event.
MSRC Lighting Policy:
When Rink lights
are turned on, bleacher lights are to be OFF. Any user groups wanting
additional lighting can purchase
it at the rate of $20.00 per bank per hour. Please contact the Town of Inuvik Recreation Department
for further
details, or to make arrangements to purchase additional lighting.
User
groups and individuals are reminded that this policy is a part
of the
Town of Inuvik Energy Conservation Policy. The Town of Inuvik
wishes
to thank you for your cooperation and understanding in this matter.

Midnight Sun Recreation complex is a state-of-the art full conference
/ convention centre opened in 1997.
