Job Ad - Casual Librarian (Archiving)
The successful candidate will:
- be between the ages of 16 and 30
- be a Canadian citizen (or legally entitled to work in Canada)
- be registered as a full-time student in the semesters immediately before and after this summer semester
- be respectful and demonstrate sound work ethics
- demonstrate computer skills including the abilitiy to use spreadsheet and word processing programs at a proficient level
Preference will be given to those enrolled in or who have completed a history, archiving or library studies program.
The successful candidate must pass a vulnerable sector criminal record check.
We are offering a pay rate of $20.81 plus $4.35 Northern living allowance, for a total gross wage of $25.16 per hour.
