June 27 Town Office Closure *PUBLIC NOTICE*
Please be advised that the Town Office will be closed to the public on Tuesday, June 27 to allow Council, management and staff the opportunity to attend a professional development workshop.
Regular business hours will resume at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 28.

Temporary Road Closure - June 24The Town of Inuvik would like to notify all residents that a portion of Franklin Road will be closed to traffic between Union Street and Dolphin Street on Saturday, June 24, 2017 from 1:30 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. in order to facilitate a wedding.
Should an emergency occur, the area will be made available on short notice.

Arctic Market 2017The Town of Inuvik is pleased to welcome back Inuvik’s Arctic Market for another season!
Come enjoy the market on Tuesday evenings starting June 13 through September 26 from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.  Cost per table is $5/week or $50 for the season.

Inuvik Wins National Award for Municipal Innovation
Gatineau, QC (May 31, 2017) – The Town of Inuvik, NT has received national recognition for its East Channel Water Treatment Plant project from the Canadian Association of Municipal Administrators (CAMA).  The City was presented with the 2017 CAMA Willis Award for Innovation, in the Under 20,000 population category, during CAMA’s national conference in Gatineau, QC.
