Landfill Closed for ScavengingAs a result of safety concerns, Environment and Natural Resources (ENR) has requested that the Landfill be closed to Scavenging and Picking until further notice. We will continue to monitor the situation and reassess to determine if and when it is safe to resume scavenging at the Solid Waste Disposal Facility.

Town of Inuvik Youth Summer Programming With funding assistance from the Canadian Parks and Recreation Association—Green Jobs Initiative, we will be offering a “Green Shack” Play Program and “Activities for Youth” Play Program from July 2 to August 23, 2019.
