The Town of Inuvik would like to announce that Polystyrene (Styrofoam) products will no longer be permitted at any Town of Inuvik events, activities and venues as of June 1, 2020.
We have been in conversation with our local distributers and suppliers to provide paper product alternatives, in the upcomming months we will be sharing updates on the availability of paper products in our local stores. For those who have already purchased Styrofoam products, we advise that they are used before June 1, 2020.
