INUVIK SWIMMING POOL OPENS TO THE PUBLIC

The swimming pool will open on SATURDAY, MARCH 18, 2023
Please refer to the posted swim schedule for swim times.
All swimming will be FREE from March 18th to April 2nd, 2023. Swim fees, passes, and memberships will be in effect on April 5th, 2023.
PUBLIC EVENT
Join us in the Pool Lobby after your swims on Saturday, March 18th for food & refreshments.
APPOINTMENTS REQUIRED
Due to limited staff capacity and availability, and staff re-adjusting to busy swims, all swims will be capped to 50 people. Appointments will be required to attend any Family Swim, Public Swim or Adult (16+) Swim.
TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT
Call 777.8640 or drop by the Midnight Sun Complex to reserve your swim time at the Front Desk according to the current posted schedule. Swim spots can only be reserved the day before the swim during the hours listed below.
Phone and Front Desk Hours to make your appointment:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Saturday: 11:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
If you are not able to attend your swim time, please let us know so we can let another swimmer take your place.
We would like to ask that no one register who is planning to watch only and not swim. People sitting on the deck chairs watching count in the capped number totals.
LIMITED AVAILABILITY
The Steam Room, Sauna, and Hot Tub will not be open as we are waiting on repair parts.

SWIMS
Public Swim – open to anyone 7 years of age or older (Swimmers 6 years of age or younger must be accompanied by a parent/guardian who must always keep the swimmer WITHIN ARMS REACH. A parent/guardian is required for every 2 swimmers 6 years of age or younger)
Family Swim – open to families – all youth under the age of 19 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian who is also swimming.
Adult (16+) Swim – open to anyone 16 years of age or older Lane Swim – open to anyone who is swimming lengths only.
SWIMMING LESSON ASSESSMENTS
In preparation for the upcoming Spring Session of Swimming Lessons, we will be offering appointment times for swimming assessment. Not sure what swim level your child is in or should be in?
