DEPARTMENT OF PROTECTIVE SERVICES
DETAILS
The Department of Protective Services at the Town of Inuvik is looking for a provider of catering services for an upcoming Inuvik Fire Department awards dinner to be held in the Community Hall of the Midnight Sun Complex. Consideration will only be given to those who hold all necessary and applicable food permits as required by the Government of the Northwest Territories.
The selected caterer will provide the following:
- Food & non-alcoholic beverages for up to 80 persons.
- Snacks & Appetizers (meats, cheeses, crackers, etc)
- Main Entre (chicken or beef) with a side, a salad & dessert
- Service staff to cook, deliver, set-up, serve, & take-down
- All necessary cooking & storage supplies including but not limited to warming dishes, serving bowls, serving cutlery, gloves, & trays.
The Town of Inuvik may be able to provide the following upon discretion and conditions of the Director of Community Services at the Midnight Sun Complex:
- Warming Trays
- Access to Coolers, Canteen area, Dishes & Cutlery
- Tables, garbage cans, extension cords, access to power
TIMING
- Quotes to be received by: 4:00 pm on Friday, November 4, 2022
- Order to be finalized by: 4:00 pm on Monday, November 7, 2022
- Awards Dinner on Saturday, November 19th
- Appetizers & Beverages to be served starting at 6:00 pm
- Dinner to be served at 7:00 pm
HOW TO SUBMIT
A written quote, including a proposed menu and itemized pricing, can be submitted by email to medofficer1@inuvik.ca or dropped off in person to the Town Office with Attn: Jackie Challis. The Town of Inuvik Office is located at 2 Firth Street in the blue building adjacent to the Fire Hall.
