Brush Cutting - Boot Lake Trail - January 16 2020Please be advised that the Northwest Territories Power Corporation will be brush cutting by the Boot Lake Trail to the East of Duck Lake Park along the power line right of way.
We have been advised that this work is expected to be completed within one week.

Fireworks Permits NOTICE TO RESIDENTS: FIREWORKS PERMITS
A reminder to all residents that you MUST complete a Fireworks Permit Application Form and have it signed by the Fire Chief or designate *PRIOR* to purchasing fireworks.

Canada ForcesWe would like to thank everyone who contacted us with suggestions for names for the road that services the Department of Defence’s property at Inuvik's Mike Zubko Airport.
Several new names were suggested as alternatives to the 2 names that were originally put forward.  After reviewing all suggestions, we would like the public to select a name.  The name with the most votes will be passed on to Town Council for approval in January 2020.
