Development Projects Granted Permit (FORM C)
The Zoning By-law provides that any person claiming to be adversely affected by a decision of the
Development Officer may appeal to the Development Appeal Board by serving written notice of
appeal to the Secretary of the Development Appeal Board within fourteen (14) days after notice of
the decision is given. Check Town of Inuvik BY-LAW 2583/P+D/15.
