As part of this fall’s Town Council orientation activities, the Town engaged consultant Gord McIntosh to assist with developing the 2019 strategic priorities. The final report was presented to Council this week and adopted at the December 12, 2018 regular council meeting.
The priority setting process included both Administration and Council. Each topic was discussed and categorized according to Council Priorities, Operational Strategies and Organizational Excellence. A one page chart was also adopted and will be regularly reviewed and updated by Council and Administration.
